BNN news service reports of a fatal single car accident on the Northern State Westbound by New Highway tonight. At appox 835PM, a car hit the overpass, split in half, one peice in the roadway and one over the guardrail. The deceased driver has not net been ID by NY State Police. No further information at this time.,
