This 19 year old male driver of this car, struck two other vehicles traveling west bound on Union Ave in westbury. NCPD reports that the driver hit one car on Prospect Ave , then hit a taxi before hitting the building. The driver is in serious condition at a local hospital. The driver of the taxi was unharmed. Neither drivers names has been been released.
