Mets win 1st half of DH 5-4,

The Mets beat the Braves in the 1st half of a double header 5-4 on timely hitting and pitching. David Peterson started the game and did well until the 5th inning when Matt Olson hit a 3 run homer bring the score to 5-4. But the bullpen saved the day, with Edwin Diaz getting the save.

Both Pete Alonso and Eduardo Escobar had 2 rbi single each.
