Fatal accident kills a mother and injures her child in Wyandanch yesterday, by Neil Miller, The New York Extra/TheNYExtra.com
An 18 yr old driver, Franklyn Charles of West Babylon, driving a 2018 BMW, struck a Hyundai 2015 Sonata killing the Sonata driver, Jennifer Figueroa, 30 of Wyandanch, and seriously injuring her 11 year old daughter , Anahi Sanchez, according to a Suffolk County Police report.
According to the SCPD report, The Hyundai was turning onto Lincoln Ave from Little East Neck Rd and was hit by the BMW. Charles was transported with a 14 yr old passenger in the car with him. He was treated then arrested for Reckless Endangerment , and endangerment of a child. No further information at this time
